  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures guest satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
  • Delivers personalized service and addresses guests by name.
  • Addresses service issues in accordance with Service Recovery protocols.
  • Acts as a goodwill ambassador during work and at public relations events; may participate in promotional photography.
  • Proactively promotes casino events and programs.
  • Collaborates with Caesars Rewards to encourage new card sign-ups and communicate benefits.
  • Provides swift, friendly, and professional beverage service to casino patrons.
  • Enhances tray service with additional products to ensure immediate guest satisfaction.
  • Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervenes as necessary following Responsible Alcohol Management training and property guidelines.
  • Encourages a sense of luck among guests on the gaming floor by wishing them well and minimizing wait times.
  • Takes drink orders, communicates effectively with bartenders using the proper calling order, assists in drink preparation, and serves beverages to guests.
  • Handles cash transactions in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of various alcohol brands and cocktail ingredients.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues, including beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisors, and managers.
  • Keeps a clean and well-stocked workstation.
  • Clears empty glasses from the service area.
  • Services guests following the company’s standard service sequence.
REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL & MENTAL:
  • Able to respond to visual and auditory signals.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds consistently while handling necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, cash, etc.).
  • Able to walk a minimum of 2 miles during a shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails, standing, and walking for up to 8-hour shifts.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Able to work in environments with secondhand smoke, elevated noise levels, and bright lighting.
  • Able to perform duties in a fast-paced, often crowded and noisy atmosphere.
