Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Portland, Oregon.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory care needs.
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Teach and counsel patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current CPR or BCLS certification.
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
