Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in the Cardiac Observation Unit, utilizing strong cardiac skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions in real-time, making informed decisions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient care, staff engagement, and unit efficiency.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
  • Strong cardiac skills and experience working in a Cardiac Observation Unit.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless patient care and staff collaboration.
Work Schedule

3x12 hour night shifts, 7p-7a, with two out of three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) required.
