Breakfast Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Server to join our team at Ascent Hospitality. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Guest Service: Greet all guests with a warm welcome, maintain a proactive approach to guest service, and provide fast, friendly, and professional service to hotel and restaurant guests and staff.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in accordance with standards and in a professional and courteous manner.
• Knowledge and Adherence: Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition, adhere to all Brand Standards regarding Food and Beverage and Service, and assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Management and other Team Members, use the Point of Sale (POS) system as required, and perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Six months of customer service, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer/client focus, and ability to work well as a part of a team.
• Certifications: Must obtain TIPS certification within 30 days (if not certified).

• Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time on hard surface, use arms, hands, and legs repetitively, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Environmental Factors: Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals, warm temperatures, and able to work with all food products.
• Visual and Sensory Abilities: Must be capable of effectively using close vision, distance vision, color vision, and sense of smell.
