Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at LC Industries. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
