Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at LC Industries. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
