We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Senior Care Specialist. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to our residents, while also assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and collaborating with our nursing team to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
