Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of program success by cultivating and managing partnerships to enhance program impact.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across diverse teams, translating ambiguous scientific and engineering objectives into clear milestones.
  • Draft functional specifications, design systems, resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with various teams, and deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage communication regarding project delivery with senior leadership and partner organizations, including the creation of review documents, newsletters, and wiki pages.
  • Anticipate potential bottlenecks and adeptly balance business needs with technical constraints to expedite project progress.
  • Oversee resource allocation across all projects and maintain a balanced overall program roadmap.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience collaborating directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years in technical product or program management roles.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in agile and/or scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record in managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, developing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience in defining KPIs and SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
