Mental Health Associate, Inpatient Behavioral Health

The Mental Health Care Associate plays a vital role in the patient care team, implementing patient care plans and collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
- Document patient interactions and care provided
Requirements
- BLS certification required
- CPI certification required within 30 days of hire
- CNA certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree or higher preferred
