Job Title: Billing Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Accountant to join our Finance Team at Springwell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of consumer billing, including tracking insurance claim requirements, submitting claims timely and accurately, and identifying and correcting denied and rejected claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all claims are billed and reimbursement received in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve billing errors in collaboration with relevant parties
  • Update consumer records with approval authorizations and work with vendor agencies to resolve vendor billing issues
  • Perform high-volume data entry and update consumer records with approval authorizations
  • Provide administrative support duties such as invoice mailings and running monthly reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in accounting or billing
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work style
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Reliable transportation required
