Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and technical aspects of the MRI Section.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the MRI Section, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal standards.
  • Assist in reviewing and revising department policies and procedures to ensure continuity in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform all functions of an MRI Technologist position, including supervising and assisting with MRI procedures, processing and quality control of images, and coordinating patient transportation.
  • Provide direction to section leads and staff on coordinating clinical and technical operations in the MRI Department of Radiology.
  • Assist in quality assurance programs, coordinate employee training, and maintain accurate records of examinations.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (MR) or (R)(MR).
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Minimum three (3) years of MRI experience.
