Commercial HVAC Specialist

Salary: $24-$43 per hour (hourly wage range), with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Operate hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• Type I/Type II EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a MVR report.
