We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Pediatric Partners, a pediatric therapy company with locations in North Dakota and Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential and live a more independent life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the needs of pediatric patients and develop effective treatment plans to improve or restore physical function, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Engage with parents/caregivers to educate them on how to accommodate and care for their child.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Case Management: Manage a pediatric caseload, including scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with parents/caregivers, and ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Credentials and Licensure: Possess credentials from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current Minnesota Physical Therapy license.
- Experience and Skills: Preferably have pediatric experience, but new graduates are also welcome to apply. Demonstrate a passion for working with children and their families.
