About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pediatric Partners in Thief River Falls, MN. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with special needs achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve or restore physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive abilities in daily life.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Engage and educate parents/caregivers on how to accommodate and care for their child, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Recommend necessary equipment and provide instruction on proper use to enhance daily routines and activities.
  • Write and maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications
  • Credentials from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, including a Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • MN Occupational Therapy license required.
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.
