Company Overview: RWK Services, Inc. (operating as Lapeer Janitorial Services) is seeking dedicated individuals for evening cleaning roles within the healthcare sector.
Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of a medical facility. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Thorough sweeping and mopping of floors
- Vacuuming carpets and upholstery
- Dusting surfaces and fixtures
- Sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch areas
- Efficiently managing waste disposal
Compensation: The position offers a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Evening shifts are available from Monday to Friday, specifically from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, lifting and moving objects over 25 lbs, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive arm movements.
