The Junior Business Operations Manager will begin with foundational sales and account management responsibilities, advance into training and development roles, and ultimately transition into an office support management position within a year to 18 months. Additionally, this role will engage in our ongoing growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Business Operations Manager:

  • Master our clients' CRM systems to improve sales profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for efficiency.
