About the Role
This Branch Office Administrator position offers an exciting opportunity to join E.D. Jones, a leading provider of investment services, and contribute to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and services to existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to identify opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes and drive business growth

Benefits:
