Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join our healthcare team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. Your primary function will be to implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient condition, and serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, including vital signs and laboratory results.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
