At Holman Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled BMW Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing in-depth education and demonstration of vehicle technology, dynamic systems, and controls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring every owner receives a thorough delivery process, including an introduction to vehicle features and controls.
  • Providing in-depth education and demonstration of vehicle technology, dynamic systems, and controls.
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet or exceed guest expectations in terms of cleanliness and condition.
  • Enrolling and familiarizing guests with mobile app services and features, aiming to maintain or exceed target enrollment rates.
  • Educating customers on warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintaining a log of all customer deliveries for future reference and follow-up.
  • Conducting follow-up with customers within a specified time frame to ensure satisfaction and understanding of vehicle technology.
  • Proactively engaging with customers who visit the dealership to answer questions and address concerns.
  • Collaborating with the Sales department to assist customers with their technology concerns by appointment.
  • Assisting with off-site deliveries as authorized by management.
  • Providing support to on-site service guests and the service department in resolving and troubleshooting customer inquiries related to vehicle technology on the service drive during service hours.
  • Responding promptly to customer questions regarding vehicle capabilities via phone, email, or in-person demonstration, ensuring optimal customer service and guest retention.
  • Training sales staff and other dealership personnel on new vehicle technology to improve overall team knowledge and customer support.
  • Conducting continuous research on new technology and maintaining a collection of product and technical information.
  • Staying current with ongoing training requirements to maintain expertise.
  • Establishing and maintaining guests' trust and relationships in the brand through expertise in technology and exceptional service.
