We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavior therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism in achieving their goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in behavior support.
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with autism.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
  • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
