About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Specialist to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a Respiratory Care Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring ventilation support.

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.">
• Administer respiratory therapy, including ventilator management, airway clearance, and oxygen therapy.">
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and report findings to physicians and referral sources.">
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.">
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and coordination of care.">

Requirements

• ">
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited respiratory program or equivalent experience.">
• Valid RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch.">
• CPR certification and valid driver's license.">
• At least one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.">

Working Conditions

• Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screens.">
• Must be able to drive and travel as needed.">

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
