Job Title: Marketing Manager

At Newegg, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Grow the e-commerce channel through new customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing plans.
  • Establish product positioning, messaging, and key points of differentiation.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Act as an advocate for the business unit, building company-wide awareness and educating internal organizations.
  • Configure and use website/marketing analytics and testing platforms to measure experiment performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or business management.
  • Self-starter with ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of creativity.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Essential Mental & Physical Functions:

Decisions have major implications on management and operations of an area within a department. Job may contribute to important strategy, operational, and business decisions that affect the department. This position establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Only the final results of work done are typically reviewed.

Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards.

Pay Transparency:

This job posting may span more than one job level.

The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $105,000 annually.
