Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for the role of Certified Medical Assistant with a specialization in Allergy or ENT experience. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and skilled professional. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will be given preference during the selection process.


Employment Type

We are seeking both FULL TIME and PART TIME medical personnel who are open to traveling to various locations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Support healthcare providers with both clinical and administrative duties.
  2. Conduct patient evaluations and document medical histories accurately.
  3. Execute allergy or ENT-specific tasks under supervision.
  4. Engage effectively with patients to ensure clear communication.
  5. Maintain precise and current patient records.

Qualifications
  1. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is required.
  2. Prior experience in Allergy or ENT environments is preferred.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  4. Capability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  5. Willingness to travel is essential.

Benefits

Full-time employees are entitled to paid time off, holiday compensation, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. After a 90-day period, employees may receive up to $200 reimbursement for uniforms, provided receipts are submitted.


Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, ranging from $19 to $22 per hour.
