Position: PE Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PE Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including site development, transportation infrastructure, and environmental projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations, analyzing data and preparing reports to support project proposals.
  • Design and prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with specialization in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, local building codes).
  • Experience with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and green infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage design, and erosion control.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical investigations and foundation design.
  • Professional certifications or affiliations (e.g., LEED accreditation, ASCE membership).
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
