Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and families to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain competencies and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing.
- 0-2 years of RN experience, with a focus on mental health.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, CARN certification, and experience in inpatient mental health settings.
