Job Description
  • Implements human resources compensation policies and procedures to guarantee precise analysis and execution of employee remuneration while adhering to budgetary limits.
  • Assists in the formulation and execution of job evaluations and annual salary review initiatives.
  • Ensures the quality, integrity, and punctuality of departmental reports, management assessments, and other analytical documents.
  • Maintains the accuracy of records and data related to compensation within the HR Information System (HRIS).
