Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Daytime Circulation Supervisor to join our team at Randolph College. As a key member of our library staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising student assistants, and maintaining the library's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train student assistants in circulation and reserves duties
  • Provide excellent customer service to library patrons
  • Maintain the library's social media presence and create engaging content
  • Plan and coordinate library displays and outreach events
  • Monitor and stock the library's tea closet and maintain library equipment
  • Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
