Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians, LVN/LPNs, and RNs to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
