Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Security: Safely operate a shuttle vehicle, adhering to traffic rules and regulations, and ensuring the well-being of passengers during transportation.
  • Route Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with designated routes, schedules, and destinations to provide efficient transportation services for guests.
  • Customer Service: Offer friendly and courteous customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, providing information about destinations, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any issues promptly, and ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with hotel staff and guests, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times, and addressing any transportation-related inquiries or concerns.
