Objetivo del puesto:
El objetivo principal de este puesto es llevar a cabo la limpieza general de las instalaciones, abarcando todas las áreas comunes, sanitarios, entradas, ascensores, pasillos, ventanas, mobiliario, accesorios, escaleras, sillas, mesas, teléfonos, fuentes de agua, así como la recolección de desechos y la eliminación del polvo en diversas áreas asignadas.
Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales:
Encargado de realizar el servicio de limpieza general
Las tareas de limpieza de los sanitarios incluyen reabastecer papel higiénico y otros dispensadores, vaciar los recipientes de basura, desinfectar los accesorios, limpiar espejos, puertas y paredes divisorias, barrer y fregar los pisos de cerámica, así como limpiar inodoros y urinarios.
Es fundamental revisar todos los contenedores de basura antes de proceder a su movimiento.
Las labores de limpieza comprenden la eliminación del polvo, el uso de mopas húmedas, barrer, aspirar, quitar chicles, recoger objetos grandes del suelo y limpiar los cristales.
Realizar tareas adicionales según sea necesario, incluyendo asistencia en áreas afectadas por inundaciones, derrames accidentales y otros trabajos de limpieza relacionados con desechos y sanitarios.
Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:
Experiencia mínima de 1 año
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
Disponibilidad para trabajar en los horarios asignados
Remuneración:
Harvard ofrece una tarifa competitiva por hora, que incluye un paquete de beneficios que abarca seguro médico, dental, de vida y de discapacidad a largo plazo (LTD), además de un plan de ahorros 401k.
Horario de trabajo:
Lunes a Viernes de 6pm a 9pm
