At Benihana, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Teppan Chefs. As a Teppan Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables while entertaining and interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests
* Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
* Develop and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, even in stressful situations

Requirements:

* 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
