Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including lubrications, oil changes, and tire services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our store's high standards.
  • Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Complete any assigned tasks delegated by store management, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Service multiple makes and models, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Requirements
  • Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • ASE certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work at a steady pace in a high-volume service department.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to rise to challenging situations.
