Maintenance Technician

At Wasatch Property Management, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess and respond to maintenance issues.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
