Your Responsibilities

Nexus Enterprises seeks a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to lead our audit and compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating standards, audit, customer, and insurance requirements for our functional area. This includes conducting internal audits, participating in external audits, and tracking and addressing any deviations.

You will also be responsible for establishing and ensuring normative requirement management for technical building equipment, ensuring compliance with standards in documentation, and organizing cross-functional tasks, projects, and activities. Additionally, you will create and participate in the conclusion of technical supply contracts and EU tender documents.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need a completed degree in engineering or a related field, professional experience in auditing and preparing and accompanying tender procedures, particularly for EU-wide tenders. You should also have experience in operation and maintenance of building technical systems, knowledge of project management and relevant regulations and standards, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CAD/CAFM systems.

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential, as well as independent and customer-oriented work and process-oriented thinking, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
