YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders as they enter our administration area. This position is responsible for the management and updating of sensitive information within the Human Resources department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Manage data entry within the HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system
  • Maintain accurate records, including documentation of employee counseling and terminations
  • Assist walk-in candidates and evaluate applications for completeness
  • Retrieve and manage drug test results for new employees
  • Facilitate the completion of onboarding paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete
  • Prepare and distribute orientation lists to the training coordinator
  • Collect and verify Forms I-9 and submit information to the E-Verify system
  • Communicate benefits eligibility to team members
  • Generate reports to support the maintenance of employee signature cards in line with internal control systems
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files in a timely and organized manner
  • Sort and distribute departmental mail and faxes
  • Process employee verification requests
  • Regularly file personnel documents
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Distribute exit surveys, paperwork, and final paychecks for departing employees
  • Process gaming badges for team members as required
  • Support the Human Resources team with various administrative and HR-related tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience relevant to the role
  • Proficient computer skills, with fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
