About the Job:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation and a valid North Carolina license.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid North Carolina license
  • Experience in rehabilitation, preferably in an SNF setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
