Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die cast and trim dies on the production floor.
- Service and repair dies and fixtures using precision measuring tools.
- Utilize a variety of machinery, including drills, grinders, lathes, and more.
- Perform welding tasks as needed to maintain equipment.
- Manage core and punch inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Adapt to changing job duties through cross-training as required.
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Apprenticeship and/or two years of related experience preferred.
- Adaptability: Flexible and open to change, able to handle feedback constructively.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, attentive listening.
- Dependability: Works independently, meets commitments, reliable and accountable.
- Quality of Work: Detail-oriented, strives for accuracy and improvement.
