Position DetailsShifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Compensation: $32-$40 per hour
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining production efficiency and quality by overseeing the functionality of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Performing setup, adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on various production equipment.
- Ovens
- Packing Lines
- Conveyors
- Plumbing Systems
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems
- Cutting Equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Power Industrial Training Certification is advantageous.
- Experience with electrical systems and PLC diagnostics is a plus.
- Welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick) are beneficial.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.
- 2-5 years of experience in an industrial bakery or food manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
