At Oaks Integrated Care, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Submit required documentation to office personnel in a timely manner
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain safe working conditions and coordinate activities with supervisory staff
  • Supply and maintain your own basic hand tools

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five years' experience working in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills, some basic computer skills, trade or vocational training, RRP qualified, knowledge of building codes and OSHA training a plus
