Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly marketable salary range based on experience and training, as well as wRVU production bonuses. Additionally, we provide an Associate-to-Partner pathway, including UD Equity and Endo ownership, typically within 2 years of joining. Our benefits package includes everything active on day 1 of employment and will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a clinical role that involves managing approximately 15-18 patients per day, with a 1:4 single hospital call schedule. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • You will be working alongside a team of 3 MD/DOs and 4 clinic-based Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional patient care.
