The Project Director is instrumental in steering and coordinating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects from inception to completion. This position demands a significant degree of independence and the capability to effectively advocate for the project to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Supervising comprehensive EPC projects through the design, approval, and construction stages
  • Collaborating with diverse business units to ensure the achievement of project objectives
  • Establishing and nurturing robust client relationships for future partnerships

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience within the Engineering & Construction sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Experience in managing integrated teams and subcontractors
  • Demonstrated success as a Project Manager
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and fundamental engineering principles
  • Experience with 'Design/Build' projects is advantageous
  • Professional certifications such as PMP & AECPMA are beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing and coordinating EPC projects through all stages
  • Engaging closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Facilitating positive client interactions to foster future project opportunities
