About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Care Consultant to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. in Delaware and Chester Counties. As a Hospice Care Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing world-class patient care and creating incredible memories for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to provide effective patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on hospice care and services
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare regulations and related reimbursement practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 5+ years of experience in hospice, home healthcare sales, or marketing)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of referral patterns
  • Experience with Medicare regulations and related reimbursement practices (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
