Position Summary:
The Barback/Bar Porter plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring seamless service operations. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of service and enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders by facilitating efficient service to patrons.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness behind the bar area.
- Monitor and uphold the required inventory levels at the assigned station.
- Retrieve stock from storage areas as needed and ensure the bar remains organized.
- Provide assistance during peak service times, including preparing drink glasses and serving non-alcoholic beverages.
- Adhere to attendance policies and comply with all company regulations.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and friendly service.
- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
