Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse at Madera Community Hospital, your key responsibilities will include providing safe and effective patient care, supervising subordinate unit staff, and serving as a resource for all departments.

You will analyze data, determine the time, place, and sequence of healthcare actions, and execute determinations and/or reporting on events. You will also teach, instruct patients and families on healthcare subjects, provide explanations, demonstrations, and supervise practice.

Additionally, you will use physical strength to move patients or equipment, select appropriate health supplies, and medical equipment to assure optimal medical care. You will communicate with fellow employees, patients, physicians, and families in person and over the phone.

We offer a competitive salary range of $46-$59.80 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
