Job Title: Engineering Systems Specialist

Adient Aerospace, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Systems Specialist to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the expansion and support of Windchill PLM and CATIA CAD tools for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the day-to-day functionality of Windchill PLM and CATIA CAD tools is reliable and efficient for users.
  • Work closely with the IT Director to expand the tool sets and with engineering department managers to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Provide Tier 1/2 support for end-user issues and communicate daily with users on status and progress.
  • Communicate and follow up with software partners on open Tier 3 and above support issues.
  • Deploy new search reports and drafting standards that meet end-user needs.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in Windchill PLM Administration and Support; 1+ year's experience as an end-user.
  • Experience providing CAD systems support and analysis, implementation, and evaluation of PLM systems.
  • Sound understanding of PLM systems and CAD systems; outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
