Lead Primary Montessori Educator

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Montessori lead primary educator to join our team at Alliance for Equity in Montessori Education.
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to work with our students, staff, and families in providing high-quality Montessori early childhood education.
As a lead primary educator, you will be responsible for presenting and integrating primary curriculum for students, facilitating parent engagement and conferences, record and data management, and student assessment.
You will receive guidance and support from our School/Education Director, provide day-to-day support and oversight to the bilingual classroom assistant(s), and collaborate modeling grace, courtesy, and compassion with all students, families, peers, supervisors, and partner stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead Montessori primary guide/teacher and hold a University undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study, along with AMI or AMS Montessori primary teaching certification.
Prior experience working in the public school system, bilingual skills (Spanish and English), and a Master's degree in the field of education are highly desirable.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $62,000 depending on experience.
This is a full-time, 10-month salaried exempt professional position.
