We are currently in search of a reliable, personable, and friendly individual to fill the role of Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients with a warm and approachable attitude.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Verify patient insurance information accurately.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up on their statuses.
  • Prepare and present treatment options to patients and their families.
  • Complete and oversee treatment agreements.
  • Handle patient payments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient account records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient files.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, and other channels professionally.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in front desk operations or treatment coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
