Job Summary

Hospice Savannah is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director of our PACE Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive program growth and sustainability, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and cultivating a culture of excellence in patient and participant care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement strategies for program growth and sustainability, including identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical providers and regulatory agencies.
  • Culture of Excellence: Cultivate a culture of excellence in patient and participant care, and employee performance, and ensure overall program quality and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and completing evaluations and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's level degree in health administration, business administration, social services, nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in healthcare settings, preferably in programs serving the elderly.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications relevant to healthcare management, preferably for an at-risk population and in a capitated setting, are highly desirable.
