Staff Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Architect to join our team at People People. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in preparing and completing accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes.

Klover Architects is a full-service design firm specializing in the retail, multifamily, mixed-use, office, restaurant, and hospitality markets. We have been professionally registered in 50 states and the District of Columbia for many years, providing innovative design solutions for the real world.

• Foster and maintain collaborative professional relationships with project leadership teams.
• Utilize AutoCAD to prepare and update architectural documents, including elevations, sections, details, and more, following guidance from senior designers.
• Create solutions for technical and design challenges in alignment with established standards.
• Under the guidance of project designers or senior design professionals, develop, revise, and review drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 0-2 years related architectural experience and/or training.
• Basic knowledge of architectural building systems.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
