Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate - Experience Guide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of our stores, prepare experience rooms and equipment for guests, and support Food & Beverage operations as needed.
- Job Mastery: Master and assist in training new hires at the Guest Experience Guide level, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Live the Sandbox VR Way: Exceed guest expectations by promoting our culture, mission, and core values, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
- Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: Welcome and guide guests through the experience, ensuring a safe and fun experience, and making sure guests leave excited to share their personalized videos, photos, and stories.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Partner with management and our support team to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and other team members on ad-hoc projects and operational duties that may arise in a fast-growing startup company.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of our equipment and location exceed guest expectations, maintaining a clean and organized environment at all times.
- Communication: Consistently and effectively identify and communicate store issues, project updates, and ideas with the management team.
- Guest Service Focused: Deliver exceptional experiences to all guests, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and knowledge to provide a white-glove experience.
- Food Handling: Possess a Certified Food Handler Card/Certification within 30 days of hire and familiarity with local food and beverage sanitary requirements.
- Physical Stamina: Stand and walk for long periods, occasionally bend, lift (more than 25 lbs.), or climb stairs, and possess strong close-distance hand-eye coordination and dexterity capabilities.
- Team First Mentality: Bring a positive attitude, collaborate, and work effectively with your team, especially during high volume/intensity situations.
- Work Ethic: Thrive in a self-starter fast-paced environment, delivering a white-glove experience for our guests, and possessing good judgment and the ability to learn independently and quickly on the job.
$20.50 per hour
