We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Ameristar Casino St. Charles. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen facilities.

• Maintain sanitation levels and ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Coordinate materials and equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations
• Communicate problems and concerns to supervisors or kitchen management
• Assist in training kitchen workers on safety procedures and proper chemical usage
• Ensure all equipment functions properly and maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job functions
• Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image and adheres to company policies and procedures

• One year of kitchen cleaning experience
• Familiarity with handling cleaning chemicals and compounds
• Ability to successfully complete the Serve Safe training class
• Flexible to work any day, any shift
